I'm off from work for a while. So came to dallas for the TTZD -vs- NDCC drag challenge and the TTZD founders day picnic over the weekend.well, today I went to pickup my hard pipes and noticed something not so funny. I get a bad engine rattle. Like a low end bearing kinda rattle. Driving the car at 20mph, I put the Z into 4th gear (like 1k rpm) and begin to accelerate with about 20% throttle (not floored). I get this distinct, almost detenation, rattle.
I can get it to do it in all gears, but as RPMs go up, the rattle goes away. Is this my engines bottom end beginning to fail?
Should I ask now ;
"where can I get an AWESOME built motor for $1,000.oo?"
"anybody know of any engine shops that charges $12.50 and hour?" I'd really like an answer to this rattle situation....I have a feeling I have Wesman disease.
